As a professional helper, I will be by your side to help you uncover your inner strengths and pinpoint the solutions to best solve problem situations. I believe the solutions are already within you and I will work by your side to find an effective solution that is customized to your particular struggles.

Whether your issues are with relationships — family, marriage, parenting, love — or professional — work, education, promotions — I will help you develop the skills you need to improve your overall sense of well-being and workplace effectiveness. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches that are personalized to your specific needs, including CBT, psychodynamic and person-centered therapy, Gestalt, and more.

I have experience with children, families, couples, adolescents and adults and specialize in LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, questioning) as well as overcoming trauma of all kinds. I treat anxiety, depression and mood disorders and in resolving issues of childhood-behavioral problems, trauma and developmental delay. I am currently a candiate for my CSAT in which I have helped people with sex addiction and pornography addiction. I also specialize in working indivduals who are diagnosed with nuerodivergent diagnosis such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Together we can drill-down to reach your experiences, thoughts and feelings to discover solutions for a healthier and well-balanced outlook and future.
